Bien remuer et laisser reposer 30 mn.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180]\u00b0\u00a0<\/li><li>Dans une grande po\u00eale , faire fondre le beurre \u00e0 feu moyen . Ajouter les pommes et faire caram\u00e9liser . Les pommes doivent rester croquantes .<\/li><li>En m\u00eame temps, chauffer l&rsquo;armagnac dans une casserole, enflammer et verser imm\u00e9diatement sur les pommes pour les flamber .\u00a0 Remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 disparition des flammes . Laisser ti\u00e9dir .<\/li><li>D\u00e9rouler 1 p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e avec son papier de cuisson dans un moule \u00e0 tarte . Y r\u00e9partir les pommes ti\u00e8des puis recouvrir le tout de la 2\u00e8me p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sans papier de cuisson.
